I used the online pick up and bought a 6oz of lightener and when I got home after the employee looked in the bag to see it was all there and it was except they gave me a 1oz. Instead of a 6oz. of the lightener. Not sure how you have employees who don’t pay attention to detail. So check your bags before you leave the store since the employees can’t seem to do the job they signed up for.

I've personally have a mixed review of this particular Sally's. The first few times I went in the service was good and I felt like I was taken care of. Then the next couple of times, the employees were all in the back room talking. I actually had to go and ask someone to come check my items out. Could have walked right out with $50+ in products. The last time I shopped the girl at the counter was knowledgeable and helped me get the right products....thank goodness for her because I wouldn't have been shopping here any more had I had the same experience as before.

Ashlynn was so sweet and helpful. My daughter had wanted to get her ears pierced for the longest time but had been struggling with her anxiety about the pain. Ashlynn compared it to an ant bite, and my daughter lit up because she thought it was so much worse. She let me pierce her ears as soon as we got home. She is very happy with her birthday gift!

Hair supply store please know everyone doesn't use clip ins. Please get hair that EVERYONE CAN USE. And by that I mean Afican Americans. It would just be nice for a hair store to cater to everyone in the community.
