Royal Loft Beauty Bar

Will definitely be coming back soon. Had a great first experience at Royal Loft beauty bar!! Very welcoming and chill vibe. Of course I absolutely LOVE my hairstylist Ny!! Everyone was welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door.

The lash tech here is absolutely awful. It took over 5 hours for my lashes, and she was on her phone most of the time on top of being late. She wouldn't fix my lashes, and they almost all fell out after a few days.The other services are good, but the lash tech is just awful at her job, but she is a nice girl. Just seems like lashes are not for her.

I flew all the way from LA to get my hair done here. When I first came into the building, I was greeted with smiles people asking me if I wanted water or if I wanted a snack while I waited. Not to mention there wasn’t even a wait. The stylist was ready on time usually when you go into a hair salon you’re waiting for hours, but I want them sat right in a chair got right to work. The stylist was not heavy-handed at all. I even went to sleep lol while she was doing my hair after I was in love with my hair. I did not want to fall asleep at night scared that I would ruin the style lol. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are located in Utica this is the best hair salon, hands-down.

Toni (& honestly all of the ladies @ the Royal Loft) are so professional & fantastic at what they do!! I am always so satisfied with the way my hair comes out. ❤️ pictured is a closure sew in

Everyone in the salon is very nice they have great customer service also they do beautiful nails hair lashes etc.
