Royal Image

I came to Norfolk from Upstate NY for a family celebration. My Wife decided she needed a Puerto Rican Blowout, so I researched the area for Salons that had experience with her type of hair. The Royal Image Salon and Spa was one of three that we decided to do a Walk-In. She was comfortable as soon as the door closed behind us. They were booked, but a chair was available in 45 minutes. We came back and was seated right away. Our Thanks to Jessi at the front desk who also recommended the purchase of a new style curling iron. The Stylist was friendly and easy to to talk with. Cierra gave me the best haircut and beard trim I've ever had. Made a customer outta me for life. Fantastic service.

Had a beard appointment with Cierra today. She did phenomenal and I booked my next appointment before I left. I'll also be getting the straight razor for my head next time, too. If you have a beard and want to keep it looking clean, she will treat you right.

My littles live their hair tinsel and love being treated so well. They now ask for Jaidyn by name! Everytime we've gone staff have been patient and respectful.

Got a fade from Isaac today and I can honestly say it was the best fade and service I have ever had. I have been getting fades for 13 years and this tops them all. Tell Him I said thank you and he did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back, I finally found a fantastic barber in Norfolk. Thanks again!
