The kids and I have always had great experiences at Top Knot. Claire is easy to communicate and schedule with. She’s current on trends and is great at styling all hair types. 10/10 recommend!

I have been getting my hair done for over 15 years, and Top Knot is the best place I have been! Dana is my stylist, and she is wonderful. Claire has also done my hair, along with my husband's hair and Whitney has done my toddlers hair. Top Knot feels like home! Everyone is so friendly, and Dana makes sure everyone is educated on current trends and offering the safest and best options for hair. 100/10!

The TOP NOTCH care for hair my entire family receives is secondary only to the smiles that greet you when you walk in the door!! Top Knot’s entire staff is absolutely delightful! Claire is especially knowledgeable of current techniques and I trust her to always look out for what is best for our hair. The way she makes my young, impressionable daughters feel about themselves after they’ve sat in her chair is a mama’s dream. 💗

I love Top Knot Salon. I previously worked with Dana Doffin at Royal Image Salon where she first started to really separate herself as a master colorist. She took a leap and opened her own salon and has blossomed ever since. In the past, I've had photos to show or given her an "artist's choice" and not once ever had an issue. She's colored my out-of-state family's hair and done gorgeously. She deserves to be hard to get into. #1 in Norfolk in my opinion, hands down. Lately, I've chosen to not color my hair and only cut it for personal reasons and began seeing Janete for my two children (Payton and Bowen) and myself. We have lots of fine hair and she is so educated, smart and personable. She has far exceeded any expectations. I love to be able to book online, the natural and peaceful vibe

I have looked for someone who knows curly hair and I found it at Top Knot. Tanya is wonderful. The place is so welcoming and open, with beautiful plants 🪴. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I am embracing my gray hair and have had wonderful results regarding color to grow it out. They do very professional work!
