I had a very disappointing experience here. Their 60-minute massage is $45, but when I requested only a back massage, I was charged $60. On top of that, I was pressured to leave a 30% tip, and it did not feel optional. Tips should be based on customer choice, not forced at checkout. What concerns me even more is learning that there may be cameras inside the massage rooms without clients’ knowledge. If that is true, it raises serious privacy concerns. I believe pricing should be transparent, tips should never be mandatory unless clearly disclosed upfront, and client privacy must be respected. I will be contacting the City of Hoffman Estates to verify whether this business is operating in compliance with local regulations. I would not return based on this experience.

Each time I've gone I've had the best massages. The masseuse definitely know what they're doing as I always come out feeling refreshed. The prices are also reasonable and it's a very relaxing atmosphere.

Have been coming here for a while. Had a really disappointing experience today. Worst massage I’ve ever had. Had to ask twice for more pressure. Very weak massage, honestly not even sure the man was licensed after the horrible massage I had. Had asked for a 90 min, he was done after 60 min. Was planning on doing a body massage after, but left after just one hour. The girl at the front desk was trying to charge me $75 for a 90 min foot massage. Their website and sign up front said only $59 for a 90 min foot massage. Sadly I won’t be back! So disappointed after I drove an hour to get to this place.

Place left me feeling worse than I did going in. My lower back has the worse pinched nerve feeling and I was left feeling uncomfortably sore. Both “masseuse”, if you could even call them that, were standing right next to the front desk waiting to see what I wrote down for a tip and that was also extremely uncomfortable. Overall would not recommend this place, spend the extra money and go to a real professional place.

NO WORKING HEAT!!! See photos of thermostat showing 57 degrees and an unsafe filthy space heater near the massage bed. The manager, Lucy, is surly and lies. She says the heat just stopped working. This was not a one time occurrence, but an on-going problem. Further, the towels they use on the beds are filthy and smelly.
