NEVER get your lashes done here I was a member for 2months and they would fall out within a few days every single time. Had to go back multiple times to get them fixed. It’s like the glue they use doesn’t even work? When I asked to do a custom mapping I was told I couldn’t and had to stick to their maps?? There’s much better places in the area I wasted sooooo much money here :(

Very nice upscale place. The tech who did my lashes was great. My only problem is the same problem I always have. Lashes start falling off as I am sitting in my car. I feel that lashes cost too much to up keep. They don't last a good week before they are almost gone. By the time the second week comes around, there's barely a few lashes left. I really want to continue wearing lashes but at over $150 every two weeks I feel that's a luxury that I cnt keep up with. However if you can afford it, I would definitely recommend this place.

They consistently do a good job here no matter which lash tech you get. Prices are kind of high but they offer deals and discounts occasionally. They ask you beforehand what look/ how dramatic you’re going for and what shape is best suited for your eye. The beds are comfortable but hard and can become uncomfortable with the 2 hour service. Because of this I go for the true express service (clusters) which is only an hour. If you tell them though they’re able to give you a blanket, adjust the pillow, or give you a moment to stretch. Listen to a podcast, take a nap, or chat with your tech and the time goes by quick. Easy booking if you call the central number but they keep a credit card on file for no shows or late cancelations

One eye has more lashes than the other. Some lashes in the middle look misaligned. The outer ends are not fully filled. For my first experience I expected better. I will give it another try. Update1: 2 weeks later: this girl did a much better job. Loved the lashes. Update2: Missed my apt for a fill in and my card was charged $60. When I called, they said they send conformation email. Up to this date, I have never received an email from them. Called to get an emailed copy of policy and I didn’t get that either. Follow up: Turns out that if you use their promotion. They automatically sign you up for 3 months. So even thou I didn’t go back again, they charged me for another month and refused to give me a refund. Save yourself time and money, don’t go here. I bought my daughter a Groupon for a set of lashes. She went to the appointment and before we even got home she noticed gaps and uneven lashes. By the next morning many lashes had fallen out. She contacted Deka Lash and they said she needed to send pictures to get them “fixed “ by the same technician. She and I were not comfortable with that as the same tech, using the same product is not likely to have different results the second time around. Within 72 hours of getting them done 99% of the lashes had fallen out. Groupon was no help, and we won’t be going back for Deka Lash to “fix” the lashes which at this point would be a whole new full set. Not sure if it was the tech or the quality of supplies, but it was a definite let down for us.
