Arrived a few minutes before our 11am appointment. Never called to let anyone know he was running late. Showed up 20 minutes late. Never apologized. He did a great job fading my grandson's sides. Took to much of top, but my grandson is 14 and may not have been clear on that. Either way I drive 40 minutes ( my choice) but, we will not be back! 😔
Got my first cut at Royal Cuts with Mattelle. She did a great medium fade and took her time to get a close shave and hook me up with a quick eye brow trim. Highly recommend.
I have been bringing my son and fiancé here since they opened! All of the staff is super friendly and make sure each customer feels welcomed! We’ve never had a bad experience, and highly recommend! It’s also kid friendly which is a huge bonus!
Great experience, from setting the appointment to finishing touches they make the whole process easy. Never had a bad cut, and the environment is awesome. Jubs always does top notch work. Highly recommend!!!
