Rosy Eyebrow Threading

Great service and neat work :) I love coming here for my eyebrows

First time going in as a walk in, with hopes of just a quick eyebrow clean up but I was wrong. Lady doing my eyebrows was so rough, keeps threading in the same spot without taking out hair. She kept slapping my hand to let me know to move it and let me know she was done. Was aggressive, didn’t even trim my eyes brows just threaded them, didnt clean my eyebrows with any sort of disinfectant or anything like other places do. Would not recommend, lady also did not shape my eyes brows at all.

Worst place I’ve ever been at! I went in and the lady didn’t have customer service. I sat myself down and told her I wanted the eyebrows and upper lip for the 10$ special. She said okay and I explained to her that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up very nicely that I’ve been growing them out for a long time and she nodded her head. I’m sitting in he chair for at the most a minute and she said okay look in the mirror you’re done. I looked at them and said to her “can you clean them up more it looks like you didn’t even clean them up.” I laid back down and didn’t think I’d have to tell her 3 MORE TIMES!! After telling her she didn’t clean them and that it looks exactly how they are when I walked in. By this time Im frustrated because I didn’t want to pay for just sitting in the chair for less t

i went there because a friend of a friend went and had amazing brows, but mine are not good at all. one is thinner than the other and one has a shape and the other is like a rainbow. the ladies were nice but i don’t like the end product. won’t be returning.

Make sure they actually leave it hairless and clean. I argued with the lady about the hair that she did not clean up. She was laughing at me for questioning her work but it was obvious when looking at the mirror that she didn't even take the hair from the middle of my eyebrows out. Don't let them rush you, check their work! She started rushing and doing half-ass work when someone came in. She was the rudest person to ever do my brows.
