Overpriced, slow, and out of market norms. I made an appointment for mani, pedi, haircut for 1130am noting I needed to leave by 2 which should be sufficient time (2.5 hrs) for the services. They cut my hair first without even washing my hair at any point in the service which was odd. I’ve never gone to a salon to cut my hair where a wash wasn’t included. They offered to blow dry (dry hair) to style it so I said ok. Then, I was sent to a manicure chair where I waited forever for the technician. The manicure service was decent. I had to come back to complete the pedicure so I made an appointment for the next day at 930 and asked if they could cut my ten year olds daughters hair while doing my pedicure and they said yes.
