Rose's Tan

I went in once to get an application and the woman was extremely rude. When I asked if they were hiring, she said “I sure hope so, the owners daughter never feels like showing up...” (something along those lines). I just called down to schedule an appointment and she woman asked what bed id like. I told her it didn’t matter, as long as it was a lay down bed and that I wasn’t sure what the difference was. Instead of going into explaining what the difference was, she was short and rude and told me she would schedule me as soon as I decided what bed I wanted. I told her I’d never been there before so I have no idea.. still, no explanation on the difference in beds. I don’t generally write bad reviews, but this place really needs to consider restaffing with people that are a little more pleasa

The beds there are awesome, but the customer services is literally the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Rose, the owner is always working when i come in and has been ridiculously rude to me everyday since the first day i stepped foot in there even though i purchased the most expensive package. They don't play music in the rooms, or have mirrors or provide towels. It just bought a months package and will not be renewing it next month simply because of how rude rose is to her patrons for absolutely no reason. I hate using standupss, but I'll be taking my business to zoom tan anyway just to recieve a welcome smile when i walk in rather than her sitting on her phone, blantantl ignoring the fact that I'm standing right in front of her.

The tanning beds are great. But when you walk in they don't make u feel very welcome. Especially when she rolled her eyes at me. Sorry to bother you. Go to zoom tan there's better beds and cheaper prices. And not to mention there friendly!!!!

I just don’t understand why the workers are so unfriendly like I was as nice as I can be and she was absolutely rude! Everytime I call or go in the staff is straight up rude it never fails I’ve had 5 sprays sitting there just because I hate the environment if you have a question or anything it’s uncomfortable asking because you know rudeness is coming ! The rule the success is be polite the number one rule of any establishment is your customers come first and are always right yet y’all are just mean!

This place is seriously terrible. The customer service is terrible. The owner is extremely rude and degrading. The only reason this place gets customers is because it’s the only tanning place in Hornell. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. You’re bound to be put in a bad mood.
