Very good the lady did way better then the one I normally go to she did perfect in my book very good place if you live in Hornell NY you should go there for a haircut bit time.

Erin is absolutely amazing! She does a wonderful job and is very flexible to get you an appointment.

I have been going here for years and I had Taylor cut my hair Friday afternoon and she destroyed my hair . I showed her a picture of what I wanted. It was supposed to be to my shoulders and cut into a bob haircut. Well she cut my hair so short the front is almost too my ears . She really destroyed my hair and I called and talked with the owner and she didn’t care what happened to me they r very rude and I will never go there again in my life
