Rose's Nails

I've been getting pedicures here recently. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and do a really nice job. They offer a large assortment of quality nail polish. The finish lasts a lot longer than any other place I've been to in the past couple years. Rose did my pedicure last time and made me feel relaxed. The affordable price of $35 coupled with the outstanding quality will have my toes coming back for more!

Came as a walk in to get a gel polish change on my toes.. there was zero customers and they are sitting on their phones. I was told she could only do a full pedicure (which I could not do because I had a brand new tattoo on my foot) I offered to pay the price of the full pedi and tip extra so I could get it done for tonight & the lady said she can’t she’s fully booked for the night 🤣 when noones in there and she just told me she could if it was a full pedicure… horrrrriiible customer service and just denied me basically throwing money at her 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love this place, been going here for a few years now.

First time customer. Called to make an appointment this morning and asked to come in for 5:30pm for a fill and a manicure. The woman on the phone asked us to try and come closer to 5:15pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and the workers were sleeping in the chairs, open sign on but salon completely empty. She asked us to leave when we came in because she didn't have time. Never again.
