Rose's Nail

My husband and I have been coming to Rose’s for more than 10 years. We have the same stylists almost every time with very personal treatment. We’re well taken care of. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable and we feel everything is clean and disinfected for each client.

I got my nails done on a Thursday, and they were horrible. Once I left, I called to let them know I was unhappy. However, the phone would only ring once and then hang up. I tried for days, calling multiple times, and nothing. Today, I called with someone else's phone, and it went through, yet when I call, it doesn't, meaning they knew how wrong they did me and blocked me. When speaking to the manager/owner, he was rude and said they couldn't refund me even if I sent them the evidence. I told him I live over 30 minutes away, and he said I would have to go back for them to fix it, and that was all he could do. He was super rude and then hung up on me. I searched everywhere for an email to contact the shop to let them know privately about my experience but was unable to locate a working website or contact email. I used Rose's Nail for years, but then moved out of the area. My shop was closed and I trusted the service at Rose’s Nail, so I made the drive. Unfortunately, my experience this past weekend was not at all what I was accustomed to in years prior. Everyone was polite and the shop was clean. However, I have several issues with the services I received and paid for. Pedicure was fine! Manicure was not (2 different technicians). Love this place. Kevin and all the ladies are super nice and do a great job. I love how they will do extra art on the nails for special occasions and events. They are usually not too busy all the time but better to call ahead if you want to secure a spot.

I live in Channelview, I come here all the time for my nails, but lately they have not been doing a good job. The older women working here lack and look like they don't understand what your telling them you want. Plus they're a little rough with filling and cutting your nails. The last 3 times I came they have messed up on my nails the guy that works here had to fix one hand and do the other. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time I come all the way over here to do my nails. I'll be finding me a new nail tech because this is uncalled for. I did my nails this past Saturday and how they look now. It's Wednesday. so sad.
