Thrilled to have discovered this lovely spa in Franklin! They have created a welcoming and relaxing space with a great variety of treatments from facials to microneedling, chemical peels, waxing, lashes, permanant makeup and more! I worked with Miranda and had a wonderful experience. The spa is in the heart of Franklin, is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Can't wait to come back for more!

The recent business practice where you call a business and can’t talk to a human being is garbage, and I’ll tell you why. I called this spa to book a full set of lashes. A full set isn’t available through the online booking system, so I got a call back a few days later. I spoke to a nice woman who scheduled me for a 10:15 appointment, which was actually not ideal. If I take an early morning appointment it disrupts my whole schedule, but the other option was to wait several weeks. Several days before my appointment I got a text to confirm my 10:15 appointment (see below). I clicked on confirm then the system took me to a page that said my appointment was at 3:00. I messaged the spa through the online system to ask which was the accurate appointment. Then I messages the them through the text

I had my very first lash extension appt ever here at Rose room spa with Miranda and it was wonderful. She was professional, made me feel very comfortable, and was so gentle I even fell asleep on the table during the service! I am beyond pleased with the results. Highly highly reccomend. Can't wait to be back!!

My ol lady loves coming here, says they are very professional, Clean, prepared and on point. So ladies if you wanna get pampered this is your place, and men if your looking for an option of something nice to do for your ladie this is it.

I’m so glad I went to Miranda for my brows 3 or 4 years ago. They turned out so natural. There’s no one else I would trust with my permanent makeup. Unlike other artists, Miranda offers annual touchups to keep your brows (and other PMU) looking fresh. Highly recommend Miranda!!
