Rose Nails Spa

I have been coming here with my daughters for years. The owner is super sweet and all of the nail techs are FANTASTIC! Kelly, Helen, and Lily did our nails most recently. Each tech took their time with shaping the nails, and really doing an amazing job with the designs we requested. I’ve never had a bad service here. I recommend anyone in Frederick to visit rose nails. They even have cute pedicure chairs for little ones, perfect for a mommy/daughter date. 10/10.

The person who did my nails was good. Love my design, however, when it came to doing my pedicure, it felt rushed. Only 10 minutes in the water, 2 minutes of the scrub and lotion on, and the paraffin wax, 1 minute on. For the amount I paid, was not worth me coming back. Maybe ne t time, take time with your customers. If you were that busy, you could of told me not today, another day. I rather take your time on my nails and feet than rush and the paint or gel starts chipping already.

So disappointing! I came in to get an acrylic fill In and had a 5:30 appointment. The technician rushed my appointment didn’t remove all the dark green polish and applied acrylic over it, then suggested I choose a darker color as I was unhappy with the green showing through the pink I chose (looked like mold it was gross). She reluctantly started over and was short through the rest of the appointment. The green was almost completely removed but my nails are uneven, I have acrylic on my fingers. I got cut with the file. My cuticles were never trimmed. The fill in is half done at best and the acrylics are super lopsided and thick. The French tips are not as high up as I wanted but after repeatedly having to ask her to make them thicker and basically having to walk her through the entire appo

I absolutely love this nail spa. It's been a while since I had been as I used to get my nails done here as a kid, and even then, they were always fantastic!! To this day, they still are. They were very attentive and willing to work with what you'd like done. This will always be my #1 nail spa. Michelle is absolutely fantastic; she will be the one I continue to go to!!

The staff here do a great job. I have never left unhappy! Beautiful designs, speedy work. I won’t choose anyone else other than Michelle for my nails!
