I went in for a soak off and overlay when the shop first opened on a weekday. It wasn’t busy at all I was the only customer in there. There was an older gentleman and older woman in there. The older gentleman was assigned to service me. He did a HORRIBLE job. I’ve never had nails done so poorly in my life. I’ve been to salons and nail schools with students never have I experienced such a poor job. I was in town visiting for the holidays in December and this definitely didn’t add to my vibe. He didn’t even put an apex this was just bad service. I’ve attached a picture of my nails now without polish so you can see how much lifting I had. Terrible terrible experience.DO NOT COME HERE was told to go into Kevin chair he didn’t greet me I showed him a picture of what I wanted ( length, style, and design) he told me ok then proceeded to ask me again what length. I said the length in the picture he then says and I quote “you had to show me the length it’s not going to be the same in the picture” with an attitude. I say ok I don’t like your attitude and how your speaking to me and ask him to take the tips that he put on me off he gives me a bowl of acetone and I soak the tips off myself. Then he starts someone else nails doesn’t even check on me again. I get up because I finally had enough, tries to charge me 5 extra dollar for a soak off when there was no acrylic involved and never even cleaned the acetone off me I had to get i

Absolutely Love Hannah & Kevin. Been getting my nails done by them for some years now. Hannah is amazing with my Nail Art and Kevin is just as wonderful doing my colored acrylic designs. Prices are reasonable for what I get but not over the top. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Update: I have been coming here for years, and I used to LOVE it...i went back today after some years off due to COVID and am soooo disappointed! All I wanted was round, short, white tips. What I got was square, thick tips, longer than I wanted, and the acrylic is shoddy! The nail tech wouldn't go shorter or rounder, argued with me when I pointed out that one nail is crooked, there are bubbles in the acrylic, there are chunks of acrylic under my nail, and there are lines where the acrylic was applied unevenly! I'm so upset, I'm calling other places to see if they can fix it Previous: I love coming here! I've been coming here for years. The owners and their staff are excellent. Their prices are reasonable, and their work is incredible. I won't let anyone other than Tina do my eyebrows now,

Horrible! First and last time there. My usual place was booked and I just needed to take my gels off since they started to peel. She used the electric buffer and broke skin on my cuticles multiple times making me yelp in pain. She didn’t have me use the foil to let the acetone soak, instead just put my nails in a bowl of clear liquid which stung my skin. Left as soon as she said I was done to discover the gel was still on my nails and I ended up just peeling them off myself. You can see the poor job and the bit of mail bruising on my pinky. Don’t go here. One month later update—my nails have finally started to grow back healthfully but look at how much damage she did to my nails.
