Rose Nails and Spa

My daughter came with her mom today and got pedis, then my daughter got her nails done. Tina did her nails and they turned out amazing! She loves them, they went with a picture for inspiration and she did an amazing job, met all expectations and more! Services were quick and overall her experience was wonderful. She’s been raving about how much she enjoyed her time.

Horrible experience. Never ever go to this place went for full set and pedicure. My daughter went for a fill and some art on her nails. Firstly, we were walk-ins so the hour weight was understandable. I asked for ballerina shaped nails, and my daughter asked for a shorter almond shaped nails. The entire time very, very rude woman who was on the phone. She slapped the tips on and then so much glue, When she went to cut for the ballerina shape, she caught my skin more than once. Cannot explain how aggressive and rude. These are just the worst of the horrible, but there is more. I’ll just add one more thing pretend they don’t know what you’re saying, but they very well know. I got my pedicure and I said I wanted it to reflect the crap job on my nails leaving out the crap word I must’ve sai

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited an hour and a half for an appointment that I had made in advance the work was so ugly that I was ashamed to be seen with these ugly nails. It would have been nice to have someone that could speak more English so she could have understood what I was trying to tell her that I wasn't happy with. So I went back to Colorado where I have been going for years and I had them take hers off and put a new set on and man I wish I could post pictures of the difference of what I got. I gave Rosie a $5 tip I shouldn't have even done that I wish I could show you the difference between a set of nails that didn't even deserve $5 tip and the set of nails that I got that I gave a $30 tip for

Never go here! If I could, I’d give negative stars. Left with a cracked nail, almond shape when I entered with round, glue under my nails! Wth! Never again! And not to mention, the lady was rude as hell. Worst set of nails I have ever had.

Was not happy with the service I got and the nail style I showed her is not what she did and I didn’t like the shape and as others are said, I just wanted to get out of there and when I go to check out, she charges me $75. I had been in there before a couple times and 60 was the most I got charged which is a lot for a fill and polish.
