Bath & Body Works

I placed an order and when I checked out it showed someone else's name.. I tried to cancel the order and it wouldn't let me. I immediately called and visited with a company representative (I think) and was told the order would be cancelled. Low and behold the order showed up on my door step. I was unable to return with the driver as it didn't have a name on the box where it came from. I got charged for this order anyway. I tried to dispute the charge and the payment company wouldn't. This company is horrible and I will never order from them again. If you tell me the order is cancelled why does it come anyway? Money in their pocket and I guess they don't need to stand behind their word.

SiSi is THE best!!! Super helpful and always so much fun to visit with! She truly makes it fun to go into the store! She also gives the best recommendations on scents!

Lots of "smelly goods" but it's pretty overpriced especially room sprays and regularly priced stuff, if you hit a sale though, you get their good quality products which is deeper quality and more scent, but at a similar to Wal-Mart price, but with they're candles, you have to either hit a sale or be prepared to pay around $25 for One candle. wish they were a little cheaper but at least the stuff they sell is decent quality. I'm giving 4*'s regardless of price since in primarily rating based on my opinion of the products themselves, they're pretty good but they do cost a pretty penny.

They typically have everything I want, but coupons have been hard to come by. I'd be willing to spend much more with some sort of incentive. Customer service today was good, but that isn't always the case at this location.

Always super nice and clean store. Staff is friendly. There was an employee there today that had to clean up a candle that someone's grandson broke ( they didnt even offer to pay for it😕) and she was so nice about it! Cleaned it up and didn't mind at all, was happy the whole time. You rarely find employees like that. Nice to see people like that in the world😊
