My nails turned out thick and bulky. Missed acrylic on the sides of my nails and bottom. Missing nail polish on the sides. They are bumpy. All in all the lady was nice but I am very disappointed on how they turned out I got them done for my birthday and gender reveal. I won't being going back!
Why do we even have to give 1 STAR when NO STARS should be an option? Let me start off by saying that Board of Cosmotology Examiner needs to make a surprise visit to this place! STAT! To start, my gel manicure looked like an 8 year old did them! Only part of the nails were painted. Paint on my skin. You could still see my previous gel polish on most of my nails. The "snowflake" art looked like a spider of sorts. BUT THE WORST PART👇👇👇 Avoid getting your nails done here at all costs, no matter how desperate you are (like I was). The most unsanitary nail salon I've stepped foot into in a long long time. Absolutely NOTHING was sanitized. They use the same sanding band on the Dremel that looked like it had been used on atleast 50 others before me. Same with the nail file. It was absolutely d
The ladies in the salon are so sweet and friendly; unfortunately, that's the only good thing I have to say. I brought my mom for a pedicure and despite having multiple options on the 'menu', we weren't given options. Our pedicure was about 25 minutes start to finish, no leg massage and sloppy polish work with polish on my cuticles. My heels also didn't really get scrubbed, these photos are from 3 hours after my pedicure. So disappointed!
Very nice ladies and they accept walk ins. I've never had a worse pedicure though and the manicure was uneven. It was uneven thickness and the shape of the tips weren't the same. I had to file a bunch when I got home. Would not recommend. Price was also expensive.
Unsanitary, and very “rush this person out the door” attitude from the tech I had personally. Tech took a nail file, filed her own nail, scratched her back with that nail.. filed it a little more and then took the same file and started doing my nails with it 🤮🤢🤬I showed colors and a design.. the colors weren’t even close to the same: one nail was supposed to be brown; she used PURPLE!! Nails weren’t even with acrylic, they were way shorter than I asked… overall just a HORRIBLE experience. I was visiting from out of state, and spent 60 dollars just to turn around and have them soak them off 5 minutes later.. and they didn’t even soak them off correctly or fully. Didn’t offer a partial refund or anything. How are these people in business??
