Charged me after I cancelled, referred me to client services- client services would not whatso ever give me a refund. Called the store - they are looking into it but it’s out of their hands is what they told me. Never give your bank information to them. Never go there, go to a mom and pop tan shop or Find a different faculty at this point, big scam. They run you around in circles and client services denies you even if they are in the wrong!! Told me to dispute with bank, hung up. Craziest experience from a company in my life: if I could give zero stars for robbing me I would. BBB will be contacted and also disputed through the bank for charges. Crazy how you can’t ’find my account’ since client services cancelled it yesterday. Nice try though. And no I already disputed it through the bank

It was my first time ever using a bed and I was nervous and felt a little silly with all my questions but the two girls up front were so nice and welcoming. I appreciated all their help!

Be aware if you sign up for a single month only.... You still have to go in to cancel or you will continue to be charged until you do. No refunds. The one time I did the spray tan though was good. The girl working was very nice.
