Went in a second time different stylist the blowout was perfect but I was charged $35 this time when I had asked why I was being charged $35 instead they laughed and told me it was the price this time. The hairstylist I had kept taping my head very obvious she was being rude. The $25 my first visit was to get me in and try the salon, at least my hair was slayed and straightened with the hair dryer. I am extremely impressed by the quality results. My hair was washed throughly put in a hot dryer and blowed dried in less than an hour. They were fast! Bone straight hair lasted two weeks with proper care. You will LOVE their prices! Bring cash + tip.

1. They only accept cash, not everyone walks around with bills on them, and not everyone wants to be charged for taking money off their card when they could just pay through the card. 2. If the owner isn't there, the other hair stylists tend to be very rude, try to overcharge, and if they think you don't understand Spanish, they say some of the most ignorant shit. 3. They prefer to work with straight hair, so be prepared for funny looks or to be charged extra if you have natural type 3/4 hair.

I've been going here for years and my clients as well. The ladies in the salon are not only talented but respectful and knowledgeable about hair. Prices are not high and the atmosphere is serene. They are serious about covid 19 and do require you to sanitize and take your temperature at the door. They even have dividers to help with the social distancing.

I have been coming to see Carmen since the shop was on Broadway. The shop is Exceptional ALWAYS have a good experience. Bruna and the ladies washing hair are very professional and treat you like family.

I’ve been come here for 20 years+ Carmen has a passion for doing hair. I love coming to this shop. My hair always looks and feels amazing. I remember when this shop was on broadway.
