Hit or miss with every time I've been here. Just experienced a huge miss yesterday. I decided to get 5-6 inches off of my very long, thick hair. I now have an uneven shoulder bob that is shaped as a perfect triangle. Ive given this place many chances but I'll never return after this experience.

I had my nails done the day before leaving for a destination wedding in Mexico. The manicure was sloppy - the nails were poorly shaped and uneven in length. I asked for oval and got a super short square (it is not exactly a square. There’s really no mani shape that would describe the state of my nails when I left). There was polish on my skin. Fast forward 48 hours post manicure - the gel polish had chipped. Because I was at a resort, I had to pay over $100 plus tip to get my nails redone. I’m frustrated because I told the woman at the front desk that I wasn’t happy with the manicure. She blew me off which resulted in me getting two manicures in just a few days. The second of which cost me resort prices. What a massive disappointment

I arrived early and was taken right away which was helpful because I had a very busy day and other things to do afterwards! The receptionist was very polite and friendly, did her due diligence to offer me products and pre-book me (WTG), and the person who did my waxing, Kenice was so gentle and lovely and concerned about if she got everything and how I was feeling about it. Because I'll be traveling soon I asked her to wear a mask (cuz, you know, it's VERY close quarters during a lip wax!) and she put one on without hesitation which was awesome. Price for a lip wax tho: $25!? Am I out of line saying that's wicked expensive? Still gave them 5 stars bc honestly service industries continue to struggle.

Matilda was my stylist today for a cut and color. This was my first time working with her and I wasn't disappointed. We had great conversation, she was personable and made me feel very comfortable. Let me not forget to mention she nailed my hair color and I absolutely love my hair cut! Looking forward to working with her again in the near future.

I've been seeing Adria at the Tosa location I believe about a year and a half now. More recently we have had lots of fun with my hair. In September (9/7) she did some stunning "fashion" color with low lights brining the rest of my hair back to its more natural color since it became fairly light from all the sun over summer. Today (10/13) I went in for their charity cut program and was going to go for a more subtle curtain bang but I trust her with my hair and told her you know what let's just do it! I really liked the look of the fuller shorter version in the examples I should her and gave her full verbal consent to just CHOP! Freaking love it!
