Roots has super friendly staff/hair experts and excellent customer service. It's always very clean and everyone there is easy to work with. I'm so grateful to have a reliable and fun salon in town!

Best place to go in Ely! Megan has done my nails for years and I’ve never been disappointed. My haircuts have always been wonderful as well. I live in the cities most of the time and always wait to have my hair and nails done in Ely because they’re that good. I always have fun when I go in and it has such a clean, inviting feel. Megan is AMAZING. She has crazy skills and will give you Pinterest hair! I have thick, fine hair with just enough wave to be annoying, and she works her magic to make it look good every time. Always a great experience, and she's just the loveliest human as well. ❤❤
