I always love how well Olivia cuts my hair, I always have inspiration photos and she goes over what will and won't work for my hair, to give me my own version of what I asked for. She's always sweet, kind, and lovely to chat with and super knowledgeable on hair care and products.

I booked a haircut with Olivia based on other Google reviews, as I've been looking for someone who is knowledgeable with wavy hair. She took time to listen to my concerns and the look I was going for, she answered all of my questions and provided me with product suggestions. And on top of that? I absolutely loved my haircut! Her shampoo/conditioner recs have been amazing so far and my hair has air dried so well, my waves are back!

I went into this place expecting the same thing I always get all communication and a haircut I did not like but I hadn't gotten hair cut from a salon in 5 years and my hair needed to be cut badly for a wedding this weekend I walked in and Olivia greeted me asked what I needed and I explained I was there for an appointment she offered me water or a drink and said she'd be with me in a min she called me sat me down asked what we were doing I got really emotional Olivia asked me what was wrong and I told I had been dealing with (in safer words) a not so savory relationship that forced me to neglect myself for the sake of my kids and that I don't really do nice things for me but I wanted to feel beautiful again I told her I wanted to keep length but layers and face framing pieces I was worried

I’ve been going to Olivia for highlights and she always does an amazing job! She really listens to what I want and makes sure I leave happy every time. I completely trust her with my hair — the color always turns out beautifully and natural-looking. It’s such a relief to have a stylist who’s consistent, talented, and genuinely cares. Highly recommend Olivia if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and makes you feel comfortable in the chair!

Roots is not only MY go to place for a cut but my kids. I LOVE this place. It took me FOREVER to find a place I trust and that knows what they are doing. I love the environment, the light and its always clean. Mayra, my stylist, is amazing!! She LISTENS to YOUR needs and let's you know what she can do and what looks good. She is such a friendly person and patience (specially with my kiddos!). After a cut I feel like a huge weight off my shoulder and I can't stop smiling and looking at my hair! My confidence goes up 100%! And that's all thanks to Mayra. Thank you Mayra!!
