I come here a lot, but this last 2 times she's asking for too much info to verify if im actually license, my full name, my address, then my ID. I am a license cosmetologist and I come here like every other week and Jocelyn is very rude. The girl in front of me was not asked at all like I was.

I enjoy every time I come to this location to get my hair care products. I always make sure Celeste is there because her customer service and friendliness are above and beyond. She always tell me what deals are that day, even let me know the new update on salon centric and I feel comfortable with her because she is also a hairstylist so every time we talk about hair understand because you guys got staff that don't have no hair type of knowledge and products because they are not beautiful professional. I feel Celeste should run one of your location.l and she those make sure it's closer to downtown lol.
