Roots Cut and Color Labs

My hair color was not what I wanted from a pervious hair stylist so I reached out to Savana to see if she could correct it & she assured me she could. The lighting is horrible in that salon so I couldn't see all the damage/different colors i had in my hair until I got home. I did not trust her going back a second time so I ended up going somewhere else to a third stylist paying over $220, luckily she actually "fixed" everything but told me savana damaged my hair and my front pieces were all broken off. She told me I should be requesting a full refund. So I reached out to savana asking for a refund and she told me no. I feel like I paid her $140 and she did nothing but cause more damage to my hair. Very disappointed with Roots salon.

Chasity needs to go back to school and learn how to do hair. She chopped my hair all up and could NOT do the hair style i asked No Where near the hair cut i asked her to do. I WILL NEVER go there again or recommend noone there. She's just lucky i did not take her to court for my money back the way she chopped my hair up. She is the ONLY ONE that has chopped my hair up so bad there was no fixing it. So if your smart you will NOT let her do your hair.😠😠😠😠

I travel from the North side to go to this place! The atmosphere and people are fabulous, I love my hair every single time!! Great color talent.
