my experience at Roots was HORRIBLE. I had an appointment at 530pm i called her at 515pm only for her to tell me that she wanted me to come the next day.Her sister end up doing my hair because I was in town for business. My hair looks like a 5yr old played in it for fun. She told me it would take 2 hours for feedin braids yet I didn't leave until almost 10pm. The bathroom was not working, it smelled terrible. It was clogged with feces and urine. The sister braided way to tight after i told her repeatedly not too. I highly don't recommend this place. I showed her a picture and she ensured me she was able to do it. I blame this whole experience on the owner. Giving them a 1 star is to much. Don't waste your time or your money!!!! If my hair wasn't braided to tight i would take it down!!
