I had such a wonderful experience! Katie really took the time to focus on my specific needs, checking in about pressure and problem areas so I left feeling relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, which made it easy to unwind right away. What I especially appreciated was the balance of quality and affordability—the prices are very reasonable for the level of personalized attention and skill you receive. It didn’t feel rushed, just thoughtful and professional the whole way through. I’ll definitely be booking again and recommending Rooted Massage Therapy to friends and family!

Hands down the most relaxing and thorough massages I've ever had in 30 years. Not joking in the slightest. Katie is absolutely amazing! I was gifted the 2 hour full body massage and it was everything I wanted it to be and more. Look no further if you want a laid back yet professional, thorough and insanely relaxing masseuse. I will absolutely be coming back!

Katie worked wonders for me! She found and fixed areas I wasn't even aware were tight or restricting movement. I thought I could get away with a quick hour massage but realized that was my mistake. Katie went over my time just to make sure I got a complete massage. Thankfully she had no one immediately after me & it showed when truly cared about my whole massage experience. I was happy to pay any extra costs associated with going over. I will now only pick the 2hr massage & give her plenty of time to work her magic! Also I was greeted by the sweetest door guy(dog) Loki! 10 for 10 will continue going to Katie @ Rooted Massage Therapy

Katie was absolutely amazing. Super professional but still relaxed and easy to talk to. She really knows what she’s doing and made sure to focus on the areas I needed. One of the best massages I’ve had. If you want someone who’s skilled and actually listens, she’s it.

Seriously one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Katie is super friendly, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. I felt totally comfortable the whole time, and she was great about checking in to make sure the pressure was just right. I walked in feeling tense and sore and left feeling like a new person. You can tell she really cares and takes her time to focus on what your body needs. The space is peaceful and relaxing — I didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax, relieve some tension, or just treat yourself. I’ll definitely be back!
