Root Massage is hands down the best massage I’ve received in Anchorage. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled — it’s clear he brings years of experience. Chris is professional and knowledgeable about his in services that he provides to patient. There were stresses on my body that I wasn't aware of and he addressed the areas that were knotted.By the time the massage was done, I felt so relaxed. First time I went to Rooted Wellness and Massage I was experiencing extreme tightness and discomfort in my upper back and neck. I had mentioned to Christopher that I also deal with intermittent tmj and migraines so he ensured to address those issues as well. Not only did he focus on my problem areas but educated me throughout whole session. After my first appointment I had about 2 weeks of relief in my neck and upper back. It is very apparent that he has been working in the massage industry for 10 years by his knowledge and skill. I also very much appreciated that, after the appointment, he sent me home with exercise bands and exercises to do at home to better improve my range of motion and chronic tight muscles.
