Remy has motivated me to write this review. I had a scheduled appointment with her on 9/12/25. When I got to the salon, it was closed. At the time, Remy was the only stylist at Root and I knew she was going on vacation. I checked my schedule as well as the request sent to me to confirm my appointment to be sure I had the right date. I waited 20 minutes and left 2 messages. I continued to call that week and finally spoke with Katie (I believe). She told me she left a voicemail. To be clear — I did not receive a voicemail, missed call or deleted a call by accident. At my next appointment, Remy acknowledged she never showed up but offered no explanation. I have been going to Remy for my hair color and cut for over a decade. She is a true artist with blondes- and she is also a perfectionist when it comes to how I walk out of her salon. Root Hair + Beauty is a beautiful, sunny salon with ample parking and easy to get to. Always welcomed with a warm smile, I can't wait to get back into Remy's chair.
