I have been going to ArchBeauty for years and finally decided to get a facial from Sara recently. I have not gotten a facial in years because my last experience (not at ArchBeauty) the products that were used burned my skin and it was extremely unpleasant. Sara listened to my concerns as I told her about my sensitive skin. She looked at my skin and after our discussion decided which products would work best for me which made me feel more confident rather than having a pre-determined set of products to use.
