I was nervous about my procedure but Kristen made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable which helped to put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and was extremely kind and incredibly patient with me. Had a follow up today! Again, very impressed with the thoroughness and the attention to detail. I feel Kristin is really “learning my face”; small intricacies like a 40 year old scar and how to repair/rejuvenate the skin. This is the most bespoke experience I’ve ever had in terms of skin regeneration and repair. I can’t recommend Root Cause highly enough.
