Cassandra was extremely professional and genuinely kind. She gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve had in a long time, all while making me laugh and feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The haircut looks fresh and clean. I had never had my beard professionally trimmed before, and she took the time to give me great insight into the best style for my beard growth pattern. Everything turned out excellent. I highly recommend her!

Grace was awesome. She listened to what I had in mind and asked many clarifying questions including some I had never been asked before, which showed how detailed she is. Throughout the haircut, she kept checking in to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. She also tried to help me feel at ease which, even after 15 years living in the USA, still feels a bit strange to me but she was warm and genuine. And when she realized I’m not really into chatting during a haircut, she completely respected that. The outcome was excellent. I honestly can’t remember a stylist who understood what I was hoping for as accurately as she did.

Amazing experience, my barber, Michael, did a great job and was very personable, could really tell he enjoys what he does. The shop itself was very clean, well kept and all of the staff was very nice. Will definitely be back!

Visited Rooster's for the first time and scheduled a haircut/cleanup, hot towel shave, and men's facial treatment with Davon. Was such a great experience. Davon was just fantastic. Great guy, very professional, and really knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. This is my new go-to!
