I’ve been going to this place to get my eyebrows threaded since 2022. Ms. Adele is absolutely amazing! She’s professional, kind and detailed. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always tipped. On Saturday, October 18, 2025, I visited Roop’s to have my eyebrows threaded. The technician even complimented my lips, remarking that I should 'enjoy' them because they are natural and that I don't need injections. However, the blonde technician with curls who wears a mask (second photo in this thread; blue mask), who has threaded my eyebrows before, decided to thin my eyebrows, even though I didn’t request her. She made the decision to thin them significantly; it was entirely her choice. I am extremely disheartened and disgusted by this experience and will not be returning. It seems envy played a role in her actions.

I love coming here to get my eyebrows done. Nikki never does too much and she’s very gentle. They also have some BEAUTIFUL jewelry. 10 out of 10 recommendation. My mom and I have been loyal customers for 3+ years.

Catastrophic experience! I went to Roop Hair Salon to have my hair balayaged with Nikki. I showed her the picture and she said she could make it. But she was deceiving me, since she did highlight instead of balyage. She started wrapping my hair with foil in bleach, and after 30 mins my hair got hot. I told her its getting hot, but she ignored it and told me that it was normal, without even bothering to touch the foils to see what I was talking about! Sure enough my hair and scalp started burning. I was screaming and begging them to take the foils off. It was really painful! They told me foils were too hot to be touched, and they did not even bother to glove up. After 5 mins of burning under that serious chemical temperature they eventually took them off. I was suggested to this place from a close friend. Everyone here is so friendly including the other customers! I highly recommend coming here for micro blading and hair cuts. Definitely bringing my family next time.
