Roman Nails

After reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical. We recently moved into the neighborhood and I thought it would be a good idea to give this place a try since it was within walking distance of my home. The staff was kind and the place was very nice. I honestly have no complaints. The prices were fair and I was very happy with my french gel manicure. My daughter also came and got her nails done and had a great experience as well.

Customer service was good but unfortunately the quality of sns application didn’t hold up to general expectations. This isn’t my normal salon, but I didn’t have time to have mine done at my usual place so I tried it here. Price is the same as anywhere. I could tell right away it wasn’t going to hold up just by the technique of application. It was all along my skin and cuticle. Some edges were missed along the sides of my nails. Within the first week it was chipping and once my nails started growing the areas along the cuticles were jagged and loose because that’s what happens when it’s applied too far onto the skin. What was also interested is the electric file wasn’t used at all to buff and clean up the nail. Lastly, I’m used to my salon opening a new package with file, clippers, etc and

The BEST SALON! I can't say enough great things about this place. They do such an amazing job and always make you feel right at home. Their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend Roman Nails to everyone I know! Thank you so much for all you do! :)

Rude. Had appointment. No one seems to speak English unless they feel like it. Told me to sit in pedicure chair. The basin was not ready for me to put my feet in, so I sat there for 5 minutes “side saddle” until one of the workers came over to line the tub. They removed my nail polish, but not all of it. I asked about why all the polish wasn’t removed and a got an attitude. She asked what color and was ready to start polish, and I said, what about the cuticles? She said “later”. Another attitude. This is the third and last time I’ll be using this establishment. I came here to relax and get my nails done, not too deal with people who are rude.

This place was great when it first opened , but now I wouldn’t use again. Two weeks in a row I had a mani pedi & they did a horrible job. They rush , they don’t speak English & do t understand anything you say. The nail polish is old. I got home both times & my bail ‘ toes were ruined , the polish was so thick it was ruined , & after a day it looks horrible on & starts to peel . Go somewhere else.
