Dr, Heiss is professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Denise and Crystal make me feel comfortable and are very thorough when they clean my teeth. Sherry and Gracie are vey welcoming when you enter the office.

Long Island Dental Excellence is by far the best dentists office I have ever been to. As a person who was previously a very fearful patient, it is miraculous how the entire staff can change a dreaded experience into something that I actually look forward to. There is zero discomfort and no anxiety whatsoever. The professionalism is at a level I have never experienced before. Anyone who has ever hesitated to enter a dental office needs to go here and see for yourself.

She immediately put me at ease and set the tone for a great visit. My cleaning was done by Angela, the hygienist, who has 18 years of experience. She was incredibly calming and walked me through every step of the process, letting me know exactly what she was doing. Her skill and gentle touch made the entire cleaning comfortable and reassuring. Finally, Dr. Heiss and the team were outstanding. The doctor explained things clearly, worked with precision, and made sure I felt fully cared for. A professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable office. Dr.Heiss answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. After hearing that I was experiencing discomfort, Terry actually called me back after I scheduled my appointment (in 4 days) and got me in today. Thankfully she did!!! She saved me from the unimaginable, as I was currently dealing with a raging infection! Thanking Dr. Heiss and his team for coming to my rescue.
