Went in for eyebrows which are always lovely and straight lines. The team mentioned other available services like a facial, eyebrow tinting or lashes. I decided to do lash for the first time. At first i was skeptical. But the lash tech did an excellent job of light, subtle, classic with cat-eye. Love’em! Tysm happy customer

I am very happy to share my wonderful experience at Roma Salon. I initially walked in just to get my eyebrows done, but I ended up getting highlights and a haircut as well — and I’m so glad I did! The staff and the manager were extremely supportive and delivered results far beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend visiting Roma Salon if you’re looking to feel completely rejuvenated.

Would give negative (-)1 start if possible. I have curly and HAD LONG hair before service was provided. The stylist cut my hair way shorter than what I asked, layers are not consistent and poorly blended and cherry on top - one side shorter than the other. She didn't check the symmetry or even ask if I was satisfied at the end. I left with my hair wet, so I didn’t immediately realize how bad it was — and honestly, I was afraid to look because the damage was already done. She also didn’t use any detangler or smoothing product, which is essential for curly hair. Clearly she doesn't know how to handle or cut hair, especially curly hair. Extremely bad experience. Had wax all over my hands, didn’t even clean properly. When told, made an apparent effort to clean up at few places and then handed me the cloth saying you can do it using this. They use cloth for waxing. When told that I had put moisturiser and I suggested that they put powder - they didn’t do it and then complained that the wax is not coming off. Were in some kind of hurry, despite the parlour being empty. Will never ever come again.
