Terrible experience. Have been coming here for years and never used to have issues. She rushed me out of the chair and said done without trimming my brows or asking me what I thought. I asked her to trim the long hairs, she grabbed the scissors, only did one side, said done, and walked away and sat on her phone. I took a look outside on my phone after paying and walked back in to ask for my eyebrows to be cleaned up because there was no shape. She quickly thinned them out and said done and walked away again. Will not be returning.

Just left after getting an eyebrow threading/ cleanup and usually have some good experiences with the eye brow ladies but wow I am disappointed. The younger girl (i think her name is Nisha?) working there sucks. She rushed out, did my eyebrows that I grew out for months in just 1 minute and said she was done. Upon inspecting in the mirror, there were so many hairs she missed. Even after having her fix it once, which just felt like she went over the areas she already got again I just said it was fine and left it but am so mad because she did not even get close to the edges. I like to walk out of a brow threading with my eyebrows looking visibly cleaner but she just messed up the shape and did the very obvious hairs. Going to the other locations now.

If i could give them a Zero stars, i would. I went there for henna art and asked to see some of their designs. Instead, they asked me to show them what I wanted. I shared a few designs, and they picked one, assuring me they could do it. Unfortunately, the result was nothing like the design I showed them. On top of that, the henna paste they used caused a burning sensation on my hand. Honestly, they are the worst henna artists I’ve ever seen. Really disappointed, do not trust their work.

Ladies are mean…they mess up my brows every time…leaving them uneven or mishaped or too thin, and then expect tip every time. I’m never coming here again….figured I’d leave a review because no one should come here😭😭

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The person who did my eyes rushed ifspent less than 1 min on my eye brows. She ruined my eye brows and the other women working there acknowledged it and did not charge me. All they said was to use eye pencil and grow my eye brows. I growed out my eye brows 2 months to have them threaded. Unbelievable. Stay away from this place
