I’m so happy that I found Lauren Wallace my new Hair Stylist here at Sanctuary Spa in Rockton I know a Stylist who has the passion and creativity when I see and meet one and Lauren has it. Lauren is very patient and accommodating, she listens to what you want and executes it like the experienced Hair Stylist that she is. I just got my haircut this past Friday and I’m still getting compliments from men and women just about everyday. I’m so happy with my haircut and look forward to returning over and over again to keep my hair healthy and looking fabulous and also to take my teenage daughter who has very curly hair to Lauren so that she too can experience an amazing Hair Stylist and Salon with a spa only a few feet away. I can’t wait to experience the spa as well it’s time to get back to me

Absolutely love my hair every time! I have been going to Lauren for years and the results are consistently amazing. The cut, color and styling are always on point. I trust Lauren with my hair and she always delivers stunning results. Lauren is always friendly and welcoming and very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. Paid $230 for haircut, root, and balayage by Lauren Wallace. The picture with the blue pajama shirt is how I walked out after styling. The other picture is how I looked after styling my hair the next day. I requested a different stylist to fix my hair, or a refund. Lauren and the owner were not willing to accommodate my request, only offering a correction by Lauren. My willingness to have her cut my hair again was one inch short of saying yes (or one inch long, depending on what side you are looking at). I was not even offered a refund of the $50 tip I gave, as I did not know I needed to check my length before prior to leaving the salon. It was a 3.5 hour appointment despite me communicating that it usually takes 5 hours to finish my hair if I am doing balayage. I got my hair corrected at

This salon and everyone there is outstanding! I have been Lauren’s client for over a decade and I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. She is incredibly skilled and always makes my hair look amazing—she’s kind, attentive, and truly goes the extra mile. I frequently get asked who styles and colors my hair and I never hesitate to recommend her. She’s truly one of a kind. Brandon’s massages are also exceptional; he’s caring, professional, and ensures every visit is relaxing and restorative. He cares about the whole person and it does not go unnoticed. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. Erica is also an attentive and caring owner for both the clients and staff. I highly recommend!

I had a full-body massage with Brandon yesterday and it was exactly what my mind and body needed. He made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and his technique was incredible. I walked out feeling relaxed, happy, and so much lighter. Brandon truly did a fabulous job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality massage, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
