Lisa Nousianen, LMT

Lisa is an excellent massage therapist. I first came to her with a very sore shoulder and arm that I could barely move, and over a series of sessions she helped relieve a great deal of pain and lack of flexibility. Her work is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. She asks ahead of time for areas of concentration to work on and puts a lot of care and thought into each session. She is kind, attentive, welcoming, and makes me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere she has created is calm and peaceful. Working alongside Dr. Andrena (Positive Changes Chiropractic) in the same building, Lisa has been an important part of my healing process. I’m very grateful for the consistent quality and level of care I’ve received from her and would highly recommend her.

I used to be unsure about getting a message but Lisa put my mind at ease. She is very professional and is sensitive to what your body can handle. The atmosphere is so relaxing you won’t want to leave. I just wish I could go every week!
