If I could give no stars I would. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and gave it to my 19 year old daughter. My daughter went to get her nails done and asked for acrylics and they started to do gel on her nails and she told them that is not what she wanted. The told her that it’s too late that she has to get the gels. They did such a horrible job and my daughter was in tears. They were so rude and made her pay $92 for something she didn’t want and didn’t ask for. This place is terrible!! Don’t EVER GO HERE!!!

Never come here again it's hungry for money vides! I had to go back to change my color with the same lady who did my nails the day prior explaining the situation with my job not letting me have that color. She made it seem like she was going to take care of me and I can just tip her, but after she took the polish off she said it was going to be $31! I said that's half of what I paid yesterday, she lowered it down to $25 with the excuse that it's not her fault. I wish you would of told me that before you started and every other place accommodate you if its next day service it not both of our faults. Oh and I still tipped her so it was still $30 for color change done in 20 mins with today and yesterday I spent $95 for FILL

Very disappointed. They one star is for her time and work. Tech was very inconsiderate to my needs. First time there.. for a wedding to attend the next day. I arrived to my appt at 5:20 and was told I had to wait they only had a certain amount of techs that do dipped powder and the one free was eating. I specifically asked the receptionist if I would be out by 6:30 6;45 I had an appt she assured me I would. the tech finally came from the back at 5:30. After getting herself together and preparing to remove the polish it was another 15 minutes . 5:45 she touched my nails. This tech knew I wanted dipped nails with cat eye. Their prices are great, service is great, staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I have been coming to see Kelly for quite a few months now. Of everyone I have been with, she is the best! Any work I request is done with patience and precision every time. My nails last so well between being a mom to two young new and a caregiver. Everyone there is so awesome and I just love the whole vibe. I recently started with Lisa for my pedi and she’s great! Here’s my October design I just got today. I've been coming to rockstar nails for over two years now, today I'm sure I'm no longer a customer. The lady in desk 2 (unknown name) took my walk in today. I needed acrylic removal, and just gel mani with simple base color only with short square nails. I've expressed I wanted to keep my natural nails too. She begins by filing down and doing a soak off. After about one or two efiles she gets up to grab two thumb size plastic tip nails. She begins to start wedging the acrylic from my nails with the plastic tip. After another soak and file she did it again and peeled really hard on my right ring finger. I knew it hurt but I brushed it off as she was talking to me at the same time making small talk.
