Do not come here. Rocio’s is unsanitary. As I waited she worked on someone who was getting her hair dyed, with no gloves on. She didn’t even wash her hands. When it was my turn, she touched my face…and 10 mins later , chemical burns appeared on my eye and forehead area. Please be aware. EDIT ( you washed someone’s hair dye off…then poked my eye..I could’ve lost my vision bc of you)
Very nice staff... kind of expensive for what I usually get, but she did style my hair and gave suggestions.
I have been coming to this place for many years and I have always had good service from your staff.
Poor service and poor communication skill. She would ignore me when I suggest. She messed up my hair. I would not go in this salon ever!
Because they say that they are open till 8:00 & when I called on a Saturday evening trying to get my hair cut for church the next morning the girl was rude & said no it's Saturday night and we are trying to get out of here early SO NO HAIRCUT FOR YOU
