Ruth is wonderful! She is extremely professional and easy to work with. She went right to work on my trouble spots that have been causing me pain for almost 3 decades, and made a difference after just the first session! She is so knowledgeable and approaches the body as one entity, as opposed to individual parts, therefore working on everything that is connected to your pain. I cannot wait to go back to have her work on me some more!

From the first session, Ruth was able to identify root causes to the issues I was having without me having to explain much more than; "my back hurts". She gets into tissue without pain or discomfort but I really feel like I got a work out when the treatment is done. Rochester is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, experienced and thoroughly trained professional join our community.

Love Ruth! I saw Ruth for my chronic shoulder and under arm pain that was flaring up from previous injuries of working at a desk years ago, and her therapy work is great!! She's so thorough, professional, and insightful. She provided me super helpful and effective advice on how to properly stretch and care for my pain while at home and between sessions, that I can act on when flare ups get triggered again, and gave me visual demonstrations (which helped me remember!) on how to stretch my body, which I still use and practice those tips currently. It's especially helpful nowadays WFH. Her work extends beyond the massage, restorative and educational!
