Ms Shirley is a sweet lady. I went to this shop months in February. She told me I had some bald spots in my head. I got a perm that day. After about a month, my hair started falling out. I had alopecia at the time and didn't know. As a professional hairstylist, she should have been able to tell. She didn't and put the perm in anyway. As a professional you should know when not to put a perm in your clients head.

I loved my experience at Rizen Hair Galley. They really love doing hair and it shows. I love that they care not only about how it looks but protecting and growing healthy hair. I have been getting my hair done at Rizen Hair Gallery now for 20 years+! Needless to say, when I first got my hair done by Shirley, there was no other stylist I’d rather have style my hair than her. Being a customer of Rizen for this many years has brought joy, satisfaction and contentment to my life as I know that when I walk out of the shop, my hair will be slayed! Having my hair styled at Rizen not only causes me to feel beautiful physically but it also brings about a mental peace as I know that when I come into the shop, it will be a conducive and great environment to sit in and have my hair styled. I have been going to Rizen Hair Gallery for about 18 years. I love the mother and daughter relationship as they specialize in healthy hair as well as many beautiful styles. When I go there, I don't leave there only looking good, but I feel good. Love this place.
