I’ve gotten many manicures and pedicures here since it’s close to my house and I can always walk in without an appointment. The quality of services is hit or miss, but mostly miss. The nail technicians always act extremely rushed (even if half of them are sitting around doing nothing) and don’t take the time to do things correctly. When I’ve gotten gel nails and dip nails done here, it always peels off or cracks in a week. Since gel/dip ruins your nails, I’ve gone back to doing just nail polish, but whenever i get nail polish, it’s done quickly and sloppily. They also don’t understand how to shape nails and they always cut my nails way too short. They end up uneven and stubby. If they ask you if you want extra massage time, it will add probably $15 to your check (for a very mediocre massag

Sloppy. I went in for dip, they didn’t shape my nails properly, made me bleed twice, didn’t dust off my nails after filing and then put on a top coat allowing dust particles to be captured and dried. She also didn’t use the right top coat on my thumb nails which are now matte while the others are shiny. I’ll likely have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. They also charge $5 just to cut your cuticles, and no massage is included in the $40 they charge you. If possible, I would go elsewhere for dip.

Yaaaaaaaaaay, they have sufficient designated parking now! Look for the sign on the street because you can't see the nail salon from the street. They are very nice people and Dwoong is AWESOME!!! They are a quaint salon and have very reasonable prices. They finish your appointment in a reasonable amount of time and it does not feel rushed. The pedicurist Kim is great with the hot stones and leg massage. It is worth visiting.

I didn’t have an appointment and I was a 1st time walk in at 6pm for a mani / pedi during the week. They were full, but said if I could wait 20 min then someone could take care of me. Their front door was open, everyone inside was wearing masks, it was clean and they took my temp before I waited. 30 mins later, they were able to take care of me and I didn’t mind waiting, I was long over due for a mani / pedi after our snowmageddon the week before! The ladies that worked on me were kind, delightful and very professional. I came out feeling like a brand new woman! For just a spa pedicure & manicure it was reasonably priced and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend and I will be returning. Thank you

One should confirm pricing when making an appointment; reconfirm the pricing when you arrive for your appointment. If you agreed to a basic manicure, stop them when they start adding "special" spa treatments. These add-ons can easily double the original price you were quoted.
