Rituals with Jess

Jess was warm, inviting, informative, & went above & beyond to ensure my comfort & peace from the moment I stepped into her spa. We started our time with freshly steeped tea & a lovely conversation getting to know one another & discussing services. She helped me know exactly what to expect, & made i knew how to best communicate preferences and feelings throughout services. My facial and body work was nothing but pure bliss. Jess utilizes many grounding techniques & sensory inputs that regulate the nervous system and sustain connection between mind & body, and WOW, it was incredible! The products she used were high quality, and the combination of sounding bowls & guiding intentional thought created a peaceful and relaxing experience. Jess was absolutely wonderful! My daughter and I got facials, and she went above and beyond to make the whole experience special. She was so sweet and attentive, making sure my daughter was comfortable and entertained when it was my turn. We were even greeted with tea, which made it feel extra cozy and welcoming. Such a cute, relaxing experience from start to finish. Also, fell in love with the products she used! Now, my entire house uses the Universal Oil. Highly recommend Rituals with Jess!

I don’t leave many reviews, but after visiting Rituals with Jess I have to give credit where credit is due! If you are anywhere near Richmond this is a must-visit. I’ve had all sorts of treatments and body work, but my facial with Jess has been hands down my favorite. She is so knowledgeable about holistic skin health and was able to offer gentle encouragement around my problem areas and concerns. I deal with dry and textured skin and when I left the spa my face felt so hydrated and smooth which is really hard for me to achieve in my own skin care routine at home. I was amazed! There was absolutely zero pressure to purchase any products at all, but I loved getting to look at the products on display on my own terms. My facial with Jess was all at once a peaceful, calming, and rejuvenating experience. From the moment I pulled up to her serene property, where she was waiting outside to greet me, I felt relaxed. She took the time to ask me questions and make me feel comfortable before we started. Her space is soothing and really complemented Jess’s energy and the overall facial experience. She made my skin feel amazing while relaxing my mind and body at the same time. I left feeling so much better than when I came in! I’m looking forward to going back time and time again.
