Just want to say everyone at Rituals Salon is amazing! Valerie I can't say thank you enough for your gorgeous masterpiece when you did my daughter's very complicated neopolitan hair style!! She is over the moon elated with the outcome!! A million % recommend!!!!

Jessica Mudd Brown did an outstanding job highlighting my hair yesterday January 23, 2026. She is truly brilliant at what she does. She is always on time kind and greet you with a warm smile. While my color was processing, she went to the back of the salon, washed towels and folded ones from the dryer. This speaks volumes about her work, ethics and care for others. I love Rituals! I have only ever gotten haircuts here, but I have only had positive experiences with a number of the different stylists. Everyone is warm and friendly, the space is super clean and bright, and it’s an overall great salon to spend time in. Hoping to check out some of their spa services soon!

The stylist I went to gave me such a bad haircut I want to cry everytime I look in the mirror. The manager offered me a re-do with the same girl, but I was so upset with the poor haircut that I did not want the same girl to touch my hair ever again. The manager was able to book me for a full price re-do with someone else, but I cancelled it because I was going to be charged for a long hair cut, when, I have now incredibly short hair from the stylist who butchered my cut. I was so excited for this salon because I hear such good things! I would recommend somewhere where the stylist and front desk listens to your needs.
