I absolutely LOVE Rituals. It's my happy place. The staff is so friendly and helpful, not snooty like some salons and spas can be. I enjoy a lovely self-care experience every time I go. Their annual holiday gathering is a must-attend event! I highly recommend Kelly for waxing and facial services. Mia did a lovely job with my hair.

I have gotten a few different services done at Rituals and I always have a wonderful experience. I feel so comfortable and the service providers are so easy going, professional and easy to talk to. I also don't have the easiest hair to work with, very curly and frizzy. I like my to be washed and blowdried before getting a cut and Sarah always does outstanding work. Getting waxed in intimate places can be very uncomfortable, but Kelly is great with making it as smooth (pun intended) as possible. I have also gotten a facial done by Erica in the past and she is phenomenal. She really knows her stuff. She was informative and gave me all I needed to know to help improve my skin care routine.

Amazing experience at this salon! Jessica did a fantastic job with my haircut and color. She really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. My hair looks healthy, vibrant, matches with my skin tone, and perfectly styled. Professional, friendly, and truly talented. Highly recommend Jessica for beautiful results!
