Fabulous experience with Elana and a fantastic haircut. My husband headed here in the morning in desperate need of a trim — he didn’t have to wait long as a walk-in and the results were great! I realized I needed a cut too, so followed in his footsteps in the afternoon and was grateful Elana was able to slot me in. Delightful conversation, clean and bright salon, great prices. Also one of the best cuts I’ve had in a long while! Would definitely return.

I made an appointment for a body permanent. Carol was the ‘stylist’. I requested a very loose, body perm and a slight trim (nothing off the sides just trimmed in the back). The perm was fine. The trim was a scalping! She cut the sides way above my ears, even though I explicitly said I wanted my hair covering my ears and not cut at all. She layered the back, very short. I had said I didn’t want it ‘cut’ just a tiny bit trimmed off, following the present cut. I have never had my hair layered!! We go home the end of March. Hopefully it will have time to grow out some and I will look a little presentable to home folks that know me. And I paid $110.00 for this scalping.

My man was in a pinch on vacation and needed his mane tamed. Without ever seeing his hair "Helena" gave him a superb cut. She told him her story of coming here from Russia. Which he felt was so emblematic of how people come to this country as legal immigrants and seek to add value not for themselves but for the country they love.

I needed color and cut and was nervous about trying someone new. Carol took her time and spent every attention to detail on my hair. I was pleasantly surprised. It was reasonably priced as well. I would recommend this salon.

Having recently moved to Hilton Head from the northeast I was in dire need of a haircut. I had been going to the same person for more than 20 years, who did a great job, so I was nervous at the prospect of finding someone else to cut my hair. I made an appointment with a Elena and she did such a great job that I’ve decided to set up a regular appointment with her. PS: My wife says that thanks to Elena I look younger.
