Last Sunday ( on 8/31), I went to get a re-fill on my powder gel tips and it turned out really beautiful. This was my second time attending and my nail technician was Minh. His work is incredible and I can attest that he is very skilled in his nail technique dealing with his expertise in nail art and design- exceptional! He is a newly hired tech, but is very experienced so definitely check him out! Here are two photos of what I have done recently. Also I will include a picture of what I had done the first time I attended on August 7th ( which was a pretty design too in the 3rd picture).

i’ve been coming here on and off for about 5 years now and i’ve had pretty good service up until today. i had a man with glasses do my nails and i’m not sure if he was having a bad day or simply was just in a rush but he was so aggressive with my nails. my cuticules are raw and sore and i’ve never had this type of pain with my nails. everytime he’d hurt me with the drill thing, i would pull my hand away and he would pull it back and kept going even though i was clearly in pain. he also tucked my nails really hard beneath the acrylic and caused more pain. every time he was finished painting, he’d push my hand towards me with attitude to put it underneath the light. i admit i did shed a few tears because i felt so disrespected and have never received such terrible customer service. the frenc

The customer service was really bad. It was really expensive for full set. They charged me $80 and 55 for gel, but there was no extra treatment of My feet. I didn’t get a massage of my hand or even cleanup of the acrylic powder from all around my hands. I will never go there again. That was my first and last time. Air bubbles in the nail polish.

I went in to get acrylics by Julie and she did an amazing job. Super kind, worked efficiently and professionally and did a fantastic job on the design. It was my first time getting acrylics and I was getting them done for my birthday and I’m so glad I entrusted her for them!

I left this appointment feeling disappointed and unheard. Communication was very difficult most of the techs barely speak English and are rudely speaking Vietnamese with each other or are on their phone while working on your nail, brows which made it hard to explain exactly what I wanted. When the color I selected was unavailable, the alternative offered was not comparable to what I had chosen. I requested a specific nail design when I arrived and it was agreed upon. However, once new clients came in, I was suddenly told the design could no longer be done. That felt dismissive of my time and appointment. The brow service was also concerning. My brows were completed without the technician confirming she clearly understood what I wanted. When she finished, I was rushed out without being pro
